Kala Kunj Annual Online Drawing Competition 2026

By registering for and participating in the Kala Kunj Annual Online Drawing Competition 2026, participants (and their parent/legal guardian, where applicable) agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

• The competition is open to participants aged 5 to 18 years.

• Participants must register under the appropriate age category.

• Only one participant may submit one artwork per registration unless otherwise specified by the organizers.

2. Registration Fee

• A non-refundable registration fee of ₹299 (Rupees Two Hundred Ninety-Nine only) is payable for each artwork submitted.

• Registration will be considered complete only after successful receipt of the registration fee.

3. Payment

• Participants must make payment only through the official payment gateway or bank account details published on the official Kala Kunj website or other officially designated communication channels.

• The organizers shall not be responsible for:

  • Payment failures due to banking, payment gateway, network, or technical issues.

  • Payments made to any unauthorized person, personal bank account, UPI ID, QR code, or account not officially notified by Kala Kunj.

  • Errors made by participants while entering payment details.

• Participants are advised to verify payment details carefully before making any transaction.

4. No Refund Policy

• The registration fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Withdrawal from the competition.

  • Duplicate registration.

  • Incorrect information submitted.

  • Failure to upload artwork.

  • Disqualification due to violation of these Terms & Conditions.

  • Technical or payment-related issues beyond the control of the organizers.

5. Artwork Submission

• Submitted artwork must be the participant's original creation.

• Plagiarized, copied, AI-generated, or digitally manipulated artwork may be disqualified.

• Kala Kunj reserves the right to reject any entry that does not comply with the competition guidelines.

6. Judging

• All entries will be evaluated by an independent panel of judges.

• The decision of the judges and the organizers shall be final and binding.

• No correspondence or request for re-evaluation will be entertained.

7. Conflict of Interest

• The organizers, members of the organizing committee, judges, employees, and their immediate family members (including spouse, parents, children, siblings, and other close relatives) are not eligible to participate in the competition.

• Any entry found to violate this condition may be disqualified at the discretion of the organizers.

8. Use of Artwork

• By participating, participants grant Kala Kunj Art and Craft Institute the non-exclusive right to display, publish, reproduce, and use the submitted artwork, along with the participant's name, age, and city, for educational, promotional, exhibition, print, digital, and social media purposes without any additional compensation.

9. Disqualification

Kala Kunj reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Provides false or misleading information.

• Submits copied or inappropriate artwork.

• Attempts to influence the judging process.

• Violates any competition rule or engages in misconduct.

10. Limitation of Liability

Kala Kunj Art and Craft Institute, its organizers, employees, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, technical failure, data loss, payment issues, or any other claim arising from participation in the competition.

11. Amendments

The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice whenever deemed necessary.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to the Kala Kunj Annual Online Drawing Competition 2026, including registration, participation, payment, or interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand, provided such courts have jurisdiction under applicable law.

13. Acceptance

Submission of the registration form and payment of the registration fee constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by the participant and, where applicable, their parent or legal guardian.
